Job summary

Bold Catering & Design is seeking a Staffing Manager in Atlanta, GA to own the hourly workforce supporting events. You will build and manage event schedules, recruit and onboard staff, and coordinate with staffing agencies to ensure coverage and efficiency.

You’ll work closely with operational leaders, provide hands-on presence at events, and report to the Director of Catering Operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

Experience in staffing, scheduling, hospitality, catering, events, or another fast-paced operation; experience supporting a large hourly workforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and manage hourly event schedules based on business needs, employee availability, skill level, position requirements, and budget.
Look ahead, anticipate coverage needs, identify gaps early, and balance event coverage with labor efficiency and employee utilization.
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Operations team members while maintaining an active pipeline of qualified talent.
Manage relationships with approved staffing agencies, coordinate temporary labor, monitor performance and costs.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, callouts, and no-shows; maintain accurate records and coordinate with HR when accountability is needed.
Oversee uniform inventory, issuance, replacement, returns, and related employee records.
