Job summary

Sanford Health in Sioux Falls is seeking PRN Event Staff for the Sanford Sports Complex to support events, games and tournaments. You will monitor court/field areas, set up spaces, assist with ushering, sell tickets and merchandise, scan tickets, and help patrons with questions. This role requires customer service skills and basic computer literacy.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. BLS certification within the first year is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification required within first year of employment.
• Customer service and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control activities in the court and/or field turf area.
• Set up courts and/or fields for activities.
• Assist with cleaning up areas after activities conclude.
• Provide ushering duties for Heritage Court events.
• Sell tickets through the Ticketmaster system.
• Sell items through the retail team store.
• Work a ticket scanner or take tickets from patrons at events.
• Perform bag checks of patrons entering the facility when necessary.
• Assist patrons with questions or concerns.
