Job summary

Sanford Health in the United States seeks a PRN Event Staff member to support Sanford Sports Complex events. You will monitor turf activities, set up fields, usher at Heritage Court events, patrol facilities, and assist patrons with questions while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications include being 16+, high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS within the first year. Pay ranges from $15.00–$22.00 per hour; basic computer skills and familiarity with Ticketmaster and ticket-scanning

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control activities in the court and/or field turf area.
• Set up courts and/or fields for activities.
• Assist with cleaning up areas after activities conclude.
• Provide ushering duties for Heritage Court events.
• Patrol the interior and exterior of the facilities during events.
• Sell tickets through the Ticketmaster system.
• Sell items through retail team store.
• Work a ticket scanner or take tickets from patrons at ticketed events.
• Execute bag checks of patrons entering the facility when necessary.
• Assist patrons with all questions or concerns.
• Customer service and basic computer skills required.
