Job summary

All Team Staffing is seeking reliable banquet servers to join our event team in Illinois. You will set up events, serve guests, keep stations stocked, and help with cleaning and breakdown after service. Prior hospitality or food service experience is preferred, and you must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

We offer weekly pay, competitive wages, and the option to work full-time or part-time. FT associates may be considered for permanent employment, and you will be expected to maintain high

• Ability to follow directions and work in fast-paced environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF BANQUET SERVERS:

• Set up events, including table placement, tablecloths and place settings, and buffet set-up
• Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests
• Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Interact with guests to give them a favorable experience

QUALIFICATIONS FOR BANQUET SERVERS:

• Hospitality and food service experience required
• Experience serving at banquets, restaurants, country clubs, events, or other
• Ability to follow directions
• Frequently lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
