Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring Event Staff to support crowd management and guest services at sports venues, concerts, and events. No experience required; training provided. Starting pay is $18/hour with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Gain valuable customer service experience while helping ensure safe, enjoyable events. Role involves ushering guests, collecting tickets, directing foot traffic, and maintaining venue cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required; Driver’s Record check may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct entry, ticket collection/scan, wristband/badge verification, and traffic direction.
• Demonstrate understanding of venue policies and regulations.
• Greet guests warmly at entry and thank them as they leave.
• Provide directions and suggestions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly, clear, and professional communication tone.
