Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support sport events and concerts. You will help with ushering, ticketing, guest welcome, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced live-event environment.

Starting pay is $15/hour with weekly pay and flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. No experience is required; multiple openings exist and training is provided. A background check and post-offer drug test may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required; Driver’s Record check possible.
• Be professional, articulate and use independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Direct venue entry, collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges.
• Understand policies and regulations of venues and events.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them as they depart.
• Provide directions and suggestions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain friendly, clear communication with guests.
