Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking Event Staff to support our security and guest-services teams at stadiums, arenas and venues. You will greet guests, usher seating, collect tickets and help maintain smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service.

No previous experience is required; emphasis is on a friendly attitude, reliability and strong communication. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required.
• Must be able to work overtime and maintain professionalism.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and ushers guests, directs foot traffic and assists with seating.
• Collects tickets, verifies entry and maintains venue flow.
• Provides helpful directions and maintains a friendly, safe environment.
