Job summary

LAZ Parking Texas, LLC is hiring Event Staff for the HEB Center in Cedar Park. You will greet guests, collect parking fees, issue tickets, and help manage traffic during events, from concerts to sports. This role requires the ability to stand outside for extended periods and work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role – preferred.
• Experience handling cash, monetary transactions – preferred.
• Outdoor/extreme weather work experience – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy and provide great service.
• Collect parking fees and give correct change.
• Distribute tickets and manage traffic flow during events.
• Answer questions about parking and event details politely.
• Follow safety standards and dress code; work outdoors in any weather.
• Communicate with managers and supervisors; prepare and reconcile reports.
