Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service role preferred.

• Outdoor event work and extreme weather conditions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with courtesy and great service.
• Collect parking fees and provide correct change.
• Distribute tickets and manage traffic flow during events.
• Answer customer questions about parking and event details; refer complex issues to supervisors.
