Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support venues with ticketing, ushering, and guest services. No experience needed; we provide training. Part-time, flexible scheduling under 30 hours/week fits student or lifestyle needs, with weekly pay and a range of role-specific perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug/alcohol test.
• Professional, articulate and able to exercise independent judgment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide superior customer service.
• Direct foot traffic and maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of areas.
• Assist in event day preparation and execution as needed.
• Offer directions and suggestions to enhance guests' entertainment experience.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests at all times.
