Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support live events in Pittsburgh. Join a dynamic team at sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and conventions to help with guest experience, ushering, ticket collection, and safety.

Starting pay is $15/hour with weekly pay and flexible, part‑time shifts including evenings and weekends. No prior experience is required, and multiple openings are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide superior customer service.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas.
• Assist in event day preparation and execution as needed.
• Offer helpful directions and information to enhance guest experience.
