Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring Event Staff for part-time flexible scheduling. This role includes greeting guests, collecting tickets, ushering, and directing foot traffic at venues, with emphasis on safety and customer service. You’ll work at sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers, with weekly pay and opportunities for training.

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass background and drug checks. Pay starts at $15.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test; may require Driver's Record check.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies and procedures of venues and events.
• Initiates a genuine greeting to guests and a sincere thank you as you complete the encounter.
• Provides guests with helpful directions and information to enhance their experience.
• Interactions with guests are friendly with a natural speaking voice and tone.
