Qualifications

• Be professional, articulate and able to exercise good judgment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry into venues, ticket checks and directing guests.
• Provide directions and assistance to guests to enhance their experience.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them at departure.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in assigned areas.
