Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support venues such as sports stadiums, concerts, and conventions. You will collect tickets, usher guests, and provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible part-time shifts are available, including evenings and weekends. No experience required; weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered as part of a dynamic team focused on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Be professional, articulate with good independent judgment.
• Overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Collect and/or scan tickets; direct guests and verify badges.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure orderly venue entry/exit.
• Provide friendly greetings and sincere thanks to guests.
• Offer directions and information to enhance guest experience.
