Responsibilities

  • Support event planning from start to finish by handling specific tasks, such as ordering supplies, confirming deliveries, and overseeing venue setup.
  • Manage event documentation, sales paperwork, and inventory tracking.
  • Prepare materials for events, including sales materials, giveaways, and marketing materials.
  • Support event coordination tasks including the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events.
  • Ensure that all details meet client expectations and resolve any issues that may occur during the event.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure all event components are executed as planned, under supervision.
  • Assist with client communication during events, ensuring that everything is aligned with their expectations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and vendors to facilitate efficient event execution.
