Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services to make each event memorable for our client and guests
• Execute catering events from beginning to end to ensure the highest quality
• Prep your event team with all the information they need prior to the event
• Create server duties prior to the staff rally
• Organize and confirm vendors for your events
• Create a logistical plan of catering or overall event based on the client's vision
• Coordinate with event captains to identify ways to make future events even more amazing
• Protect the integrity of all company product

Qualifications

• College Degree (preferred)
• Minimum of (1) year event experience
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry (preferred)
• A flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Must be able to work weekends (typical work week is Tuesday-Sunday)
