Job Description

BryceTech is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team and support the AFWERX program by coordinating and managing events. The successful candidate will work directly with the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Support and execute a variety of high-profile, large-scale events involving multiple stakeholders, from planning through post-event analysis.
  2. Coordinate event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Manage venues, catering, vendors, and other logistics to meet budget and quality expectations.
  4. Ensure events align with organizational goals and communication strategies.
  5. Collaborate with staff and external partners for successful event operations.
  6. Adhere to organizational guidelines, security requirements, and government protocols during events.
  7. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure event success.
  8. Analyze attendee and stakeholder feedback to evaluate event performance and identify improvement areas.
  9. Participate in internal strategic discussions, providing tactical insights.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in event management, business administration, hospitality management, communications, or related field, or at least 5 years of experience in event planning.
  2. Experience with virtual or hybrid events is preferred.
  3. Experience working with military or government entities is preferred.
  4. Ability to work non-standard hours and weekends.
  5. Strong organizational skills for managing complex events and coordinating across teams under high pressure.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency with event planning tools, virtual platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Willingness to travel as required.
Additional Information

Secret Clearance Required.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
