The Tradeshow and Events Specialist is responsible for managing the coordination, planning, and execution of assigned events for our small to mid-tier events. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the operational and logistical success of tradeshows, conferences, and other marketing-supported events. The Specialist manages the day-to-day tasks associated with events and supports inventory management, order processes, and CRM entries across segments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning and execution of assigned small to mid-tier events, tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams regarding event objectives, participation levels, contracts, and timelines.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, venues, vendors, and external partners.
  4. Manage event budgets and provide forecasts for assigned events.
  5. Oversee pre- and post-event logistics, including registration, booth reservations, virtual platform access, shipping of materials, booth setup and teardown, audiovisual needs, and procurement of attendee lists.
  6. Manage replenishment of event assets in accordance with established procedures.
  7. Input CRM data and manage order processes across segments.
  8. Participate in pre-event planning meetings and post-event evaluations.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality/Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in tradeshow and event management or related project management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Salesforce and project management platforms is a plus.
  • Occasional travel required.

Compensation & Location

Position is Salary Grade A: $31,200 to $78,600, based on experience and skills. This is a full-time, remote position across the United States.
