This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in planning and executing corporate and promotional events. The Event Specialist will coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from concept through execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for attendees and clients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate and promotional events from start to finish

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to manage event logistics

  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure event success

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide performance analysis

  • Handle event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown

  • Ensure all materials, signage, and branding are consistent with company standards

  • Maintain positive relationships with partners and clients throughout the planning process
