  • Translate business goals into engaging, brand‑aligned experiences that deepen relationships and support growth objectives
  • Manage event timelines, project plans, communications, and stakeholder coordination to ensure flawless execution
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, accommodations, materials, and on‑site logistics
  • Oversee event budgets, invoices, and expense tracking while identifying opportunities to maximize value and efficiency
  • Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, RSVP tracking, event websites, and post‑event follow‑up
  • Partner with Marketing to develop creative event themes, invitations, presentations, signage, digital content, and branded materials
  • Serve as the primary point person for assigned events, proactively solving problems and ensuring an exceptional attendee experience

  • Contribute to special marketing and brand initiatives as needed
