Job summary

Berkley One is seeking a Technology Lead, Digital Experience & Enterprise Services to drive the technology vision for Digital Engagement, CRM, and Enterprise Services. Lead the development of customer- and agent-facing solutions across web, mobile, and back-end platforms, with a focus on scalable, cloud-native architectures.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering, 3+ years in leadership, and strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, React, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a Technology Lead, Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale software development and architecture.
• Strong background with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure or AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Berkley One is looking for a Technology Lead, Digital Experience & Enterprise Services to drive the technology vision and delivery for our Digital Engagement, CRM, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Services platforms. This position will be based in one of our offices:

Our offices offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

• Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000
• Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.
