You will work from banquet orders and floor plans, arranging spaces, installing equipment, and assisting with service as needed. A proactive, detail‑minded approach is essential to keep operations seamless.

Qualifications

• Reliability, organization, and physical stamina.
• Ability to read and follow event orders and diagrams.
• Strong teamwork and communication on fast-paced events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces per function requirements (tables, chairs, equipment, dance floors).
• Assist banquet, service, culinary, and event teams during events.
• Break down and reset spaces after events and maintain clean storage areas.
