Job summary

Moss Holding Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client experiences from initiation through installation and close-out. You will coordinate internal resources and external vendors, translate client needs into clear plans, and maintain proactive, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, conducting site surveys, managing installation plans, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, communicating proactively and clearly from initiation through closing to ensure a successful outcome and high level of satisfaction.
• Develops detailed, well-organized project plans covering scope, substrates, installation, timeframes, and costs.
• Acts as a partner and expert consultant throughout planning, solving problems with creative solutions.
• Conducts site surveys and takes accurate field measurements.
• Creates and implements installation plans, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Ensures on-time, on-budget delivery and tracks milestones while flagging risks early.
• Manages art templates and facilitates artwork delivery and approvals.
• Maintains relationships with clients, vendors, and internal production team.
• Maintains comprehensive project documentation including approvals, change orders, and scheduling records.
• Manages customer approvals, lead times, file requirements, deadlines, and rush fees.
• Assists team members and keeps all departments updated on status.
