The Budd Group is seeking a reliable Event Set Up Technician (Utility Tech) in Asheville, NC. This part-time role (20 hours/week) offers $16.00 per hour and is based at Victoria Rd.

You will handle event setup, inventory, and light maintenance, assisting nighttime staff to keep spaces safe and ready for clients. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, can lift and move equipment, and must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Create Great Spaces: Lead setup/breakdown for meetings and events.
• Master the Inventory: Manage essential supplies for the facility.
• Keep Things Moving: Transport materials and support as a Utility Technician.
• Safety First: Conduct hazard checks and minor maintenance tasks.
• Team Support: Assist janitorial team to ensure an exceptional environment.
