Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Event Set Up Attendant for Deloitte University, Benchmark Hospitality at the Deloitte campus in Westlake, Texas. You will set up conference spaces, arrange equipment, and support banquet service per event orders.

The role requires physical stamina to lift 70+ pounds, walk long distances, and maintain clean, well-organized meeting spaces. Competitive hourly pay and a benefits package are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push and pull 70+ pounds.
• Stamina to walk 17,000–25,000 steps per shift.
• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in conference rooms per event order.
• Attend to guest requests and ensure rooms are clean and well organized.
• Monitor and refresh meeting spaces and periodically restock supplies.
• Assist banquet department with setting up for meals.
