Job summary

Utah State University is seeking an Equipment and Setup Coordinator II to assist with logistical management of event spaces across campus venues. You will handle setup and strike of chairs, tables, stages and related equipment, while helping with cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe, functional environment.

You will work as part of a team under the Equipment and Services Coordinator, coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing schedules, and training hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience or an associate degree/vocational training is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mid-sized to large moving trucks to transport event equipment.
• Coordinate venue setup with coordination team for accurate layouts.
• Ensure spaces are clean and ready after setup and before the next event.
• Train and supervise hourly employees during setup tasks.
• Cleans and prepares event spaces and equipment between events.
