Job summary

Moodreact is seeking a dependable Event Setup Assistant to prepare event spaces for promotional activities and brand activations. Training is provided, and prior setup experience is helpful but not required. The role involves hands-on tasks, teamwork, and ensuring spaces are ready for attendees.

You will work with colleagues to arrange displays, signage, tables, and materials, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position offers on-site work with room to grow in event operations.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with the ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable performing hands-on setup tasks for extended shifts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing event environments.
• Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to instructions and event requirements.
• Arrange displays, signage, tables, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Check that event materials are organized and ready before activities begin.
• Assist with moving and positioning equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and presentable event areas.
• Help dismantle displays and organize materials after events.
• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and event procedures.
