Mountain Park HOA in Lake Oswego is seeking a part-time Event Setup Assistant to help prepare the Clubhouse for community gatherings and rental events. You will arrange tables and chairs, set up spaces according to floor plans, and ensure spaces are clean and ready between bookings.

The role is hands-on, in-person, non-exempt, with flexible weekend hours and occasional holidays. Training is provided, and there is potential to take on additional Event Attendant shifts as available.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and approved equipment according to event floor plans.
• Prepare and reset rental spaces so they are ready for upcoming bookings.
• Complete post-event cleanup, including mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and returning furniture and equipment to storage.
• Report damage or concerns to the Special Events Manager.
• Coordinate with the Events team and follow setup, cleanup, and safety procedures.

Our Clubhouse brings people together for recreation, programs, and celebrations. In this role, you’ll support those gatherings through practical work with visible results.You’ll work closely with the Events team and report to the Special Events Manager. Hours depend on rental bookings and business needs, and some assignments may involve an evening shift followed by a morning shift. You’ll complete required training and learn the procedures and technology used by the Events team.# **Interested in More Hours?**You’ll also have the option to train as an Event Attendant and pick up additional shifts as available. Event Attendants support guests and vendors during events, communicate Clubhouse rules, and monitor security cameras to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
