Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant to join our team in Erie, PA. This hourly role involves setting up and breaking down event spaces according to BEO specs, arranging tables, chairs, dance floors, and other equipment.

You will ensure safety and organization, assist with light A/V setup, and work closely with banquet staff to deliver polished events. Flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or event set-up preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic A/V knowledge is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Set up and break down event spaces in alignment with BEO specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, dance floors, stages, and other event equipment.
• Ensure setups are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet storage areas.
• Perform light cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of event spaces during downtime.
• Assist with minimal A/V setup (e.g., placing microphones, connecting projectors).
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with banquet staff and other departments.
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude while working in a team environment.
