The role requires physical stamina, detail orientation, and strong teamwork. Responsibilities include setup, staging, teardown, and maintaining a clean, organized banquet area in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Requires High School Education or Equivalent.
• Banquet setup experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware per event diagrams.
• Arrange staging, AV equipment, and banquet supplies as needed.
• Keep banquet areas clean, organized, and presentable before and during events.
• Tear down and restore banquet spaces after events.
• Collaborate with banquet captains, catering staff, and coordinators for smooth service.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and health regulations; assist with extra event prep tasks.
