Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an Event Set-Up Houseperson to join our events team. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting spaces, arranging tables, chairs, water and related equipment to ensure smooth events.

The ideal candidate will communicate well, stand or walk for long periods, and be available on weekends/holidays. Prior hotel experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
• Flexible availability as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. TheEvent Set-Up Houseperson is responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables, chairs, water, etc. Ideal candidate must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight in order to set up events. Previous hotel experience is not required.
