Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a part-time, on-site Guest Services team member to support major sports, entertainment, and convention events. You will greet and assist guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, and help maintain safe crowd flow at stadiums and venues.

You will answer questions, resolve basic issues, and follow clear safety procedures in a team-oriented setting. This role provides hands-on experience in events, security, and hospitality with training, support, and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and polite in busy environments.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
