BEST Crowd Management is seeking enthusiastic Event Services Staff for Sun Bowl events at UTEP in El Paso, TX. You will play a key role in delivering memorable attendee experiences with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules. Prior customer service experience is advantageous, and a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event setup, including equipment, signage, and tasks as assigned.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, order, and policy compliance.
• Direct attendees to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd control measures to maintain safety.
