Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Conference Services Associate at The Ridge property in New Jersey. You will assemble, arrange and tear down conference equipment, and ensure event spaces are clean and ready for meetings and meals.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with schedule and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs when setting up events.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, arrange and tear down conference equipment in conference rooms.
• Thorough cleaning of event rooms, following proper cleaning standards.
• Refreshes meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
• Completes special projects as directed by department management.
• Communicate and maintain a positive relationship with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Maintain awareness of all functions, events and meetings taking place at any given time.
