21c Museum Hotels is seeking an Event Server to deliver exceptional service during events within our art-forward hospitality setting. The role emphasizes hands-on event execution, guest engagement, and seamless collaboration with Event Captains and Managers.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down events per the BEO, taking and serving guest orders, and maintaining knowledge of menu items and venue offerings.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on execution of events with the team.
• Interacts with Event Captains and Event Manager to ensure service excellence.
• Fulfills set-up and tear-down of events per BEO and sheets.
• Provides excellent guest service to all hotel/restaurant guests.
• Takes orders, serves food and drinks, and clears tables as needed.
• Follows the steps of service for each event type.
• Demonstrates knowledge of procedures and ingredients for the function.
• Knows hours, features, and services offered by 21c Museum Hotels.
• Maintains a positive, proactive, and motivated attitude.
• Works with a team for large events or solo for smaller meetings.
• Punctually reports to the scheduled shift.
