21c Museum Hotels is seeking an Event Server to deliver exceptional guest service during events and functions. You will work closely with Event Captains and Managers, assisting with setup, service, and teardown while ensuring accuracy and a positive experience for all guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment at our Durham property.

Qualifications

• Basic math for handling cash and orders.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Clean, professional appearance expected.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for 21c and hospitality.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, esp. Bourbon, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute events on the floor in collaboration with B&C teammates.
• Coordinate with Event Captains and Event Manager during functions.
• Assist with setup and teardown per BEO and requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables as needed.
• Follow service steps tailored to each event.
• Know offerings and services of 21c Museum Hotels.
