Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting guests as they enter and leave the event; serving as a resource for guests with questions regarding the venue
• Checking bags for prohibited items
• Monitoring metal detectors for alerts and taking appropriate actions when needed
• Assisting with the enforcement of venue policies and procedures
• Following established code of conduct and safety procedures
• Providing exceptional service to all patrons
• Other duties as assigned
