Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test required.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check bags and enforce access control.
• Scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct entry flow.
• Screen guests via bag search or metal detector and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and assets at security checkpoints.
• Provide escorts for unruly guests when needed.
• Follow venue policies and safety procedures.
• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
