Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking friendly Event Staff to join our team for the upcoming events across stadiums, venues, and conventions. You will collect tickets, usher guests, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous service.

The role offers part-time hours with weekly pay and a business-formal dress code, plus training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and may be required to pass a Driver's Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and/or scan tickets and verify wristbands.
• Welcome and usher guests and provide superior customer service.
• Direct foot traffic and maintain cleanliness and order in designated areas.
• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Provide directions and assistance to enhance guest experience.
