Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking event security personnel to support crowds at stadiums, arenas and venues. Enjoy flexible part-time work, weekly pay, and training with no prior experience required other than obtaining the necessary security license.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement through ongoing training and a range of benefits tied to your role and hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Background check and drug test may be required.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check bags and enforce access control at entry points.
• Scan tickets and verify wristbands or badges; direct traffic at venue entrances.
• Screen guests during entry using bag searches, hand wand or metal detector; verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff and venue assets; monitor for security breaches.
• Respond quickly to crowd-control issues; escort unruly guests when needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies for various venues and events.
• Provide directions and information to enhance guest experience.
