Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring part-time event staff to help with tickets, ushering, and guest service at stadiums, concerts, and conventions. The role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay, making it ideal for students or anyone needing extra income.

You will greet guests, guide them to their seats, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to undergo background check and drug/alcohol testing
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs foot traffic and checks tickets, wristbands, and badges as needed.
• Provides guests with directions and friendly assistance to enhance their experience.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of designated areas.
• Follows venue policies, procedures, and regulations.
