Legends Global is hiring a Parking & Security Operations Manager for Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. You will lead parking, security, and event safety, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests while coordinating teams and resources across venues.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in security or venue operations, with supervisory experience and live entertainment exposure preferred. This on-site role requires flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Sports Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in security, venue operations, parking operations, event management, or related fields.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and event-related parking and security operations across all facility properties.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deployment plans to support facility and event needs.
• Collaborate with Event Management and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest experience.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety, security, functionality, and operational readiness.
• Participate in pre-event planning and post-event evaluations to continuously improve event operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, artists, exhibitors, patrons, and stakeholders.
