Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Parking & Security Operations Manager for Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. This role leads parking, security, and event safety across the facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests, clients, and staff while coordinating staffing, security protocols, and emergency planning.

You will supervise teams, partner with management, and drive continuous improvement in guest experience, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Sports Management, Event Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in security, venue operations, parking operations, event management, or related fields; supervisory experience.
• Experience in live entertainment, convention centers, sports venues, or hospitality environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parking and security operations across Mesa Convention Center.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deployment plans for events.
• Collaborate with Event Management and Operations teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct routine property inspections for safety and readiness.
• Lead pre/post-event planning and evaluations to improve operations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, artists, exhibitors, patrons, and stakeholders.
