Job summary

Sacramento Kings are seeking a security leader to direct event security at Golden 1 Center for NBA games, concerts, and special events. The Manager develops event plans, staffing, and emergency procedures; leads supervisors and officers; and coordinates with venue departments, public safety agencies, teams, performers, promoters, and service partners.

The role requires strong communication, sound event-day judgment, and professional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead event security operations for NBA games, concerts, and special events at Golden 1 Center; develop event-specific plans and staffing.
• Coordinate with Event Management, Guest Services, Arena Operations, Team Operations, and show partners; confirm roles and response plans.
• Prepare staffing estimates and deployment plans for security officers, supervisors, contractors, and support partners.
• Provide direction and coaching to event security supervisors and officers; set post expectations and incident reporting.
