Delta Center is seeking a Building Security Manager to supervise day-to-day security operations and staff, ensuring safe, secure arena environments for events and daily business. You will support the Director of Xperience Management and serve as Manager on Duty for events, coordinating security and guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, incident response, and collaboration with law enforcement, along with maintaining security system upkeep and reporting metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Police Science, or Security Management or 5+ years in security.
• Experience conducting investigations including criminal and safety incidents.
• Valid Utah driver’s license and able to pass MVR screening and drug test.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and respond to emergencies.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver high satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, schedule, and manage the Building Security Department staff and operations.
• Monitor performance of security officers to ensure policy compliance and high customer service.
• Ensure security staff are trained in emergency procedures and ongoing training.
• Oversee upkeep of security systems for the building.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty for arena events coordinating security and guest experience.
