Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post‑offer drug/alcohol test required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct venue entry, verify wristbands/badges, and manage ticketing checks.
• Screen guests during entry using bag searches, wand, or metal detector; verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff, and assets; respond to security breaches and crowd issues.
• Provide directions and enhance guests' entertainment experience throughout the venue.
