Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking Event Staff to join the team at ArrowHead Stadium in Kansas City, MO. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and on-the-job training with no prior experience required. You’ll greet guests, direct foot traffic, scan tickets, and provide friendly, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced event environment.

Starting pay is $16.56 per hour. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be willing to obtain a security license as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; may include Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Greet guests and direct them to entrances, verify tickets, and direct traffic.
• Provide helpful directions and information to enhance guest experience.
