Player 15 Group in Phoenix is seeking a Security Dispatcher to oversee the Event Security Control Center during games and events. You will assist with training, onboarding, and staffing initiatives, ensuring clear dispatch protocols and professional response to incidents.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership potential, and the ability to work at least 90% of events. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Training and support NBA arena operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of security dispatch experience.
• Three years of customer service experience preferred.
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Promotion eligibility from Security roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work 90% of the events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Event Security Control Center during events.
• Train and develop security staff; assist onboarding.
• Support staffing initiatives and leadership scheduling.
• Establish protocols for dispatch operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Maintain incident reports and situational awareness.
