Job summary

Anaheim Arena Management, LLC is seeking a Lead Security Dispatcher to supervise the Security HUB and coordinate critical communications for both event and non-event operations at Honda Center.

The role reports to the Assistant Manager and emphasizes timely information flow across security, guest services, operations, and external agencies. APCO-certified candidates are preferred; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in stadium/arena or entertainment venues preferred.
• Knowledge of radio communications and incident management practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dispatch reporting software.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Security HUB dispatch center.
• Coordinate radio, telephone, and emergency communications.
• Monitor venue channels and prioritize incidents.
• Log, document, and report incidents accurately.
• Maintain readiness of dispatch consoles and equipment.
• Train and develop Security HUB staff.
