Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security professional for Martin Stadium in Pullman, WA. This part-time role blends event staff duties with security responsibilities to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees.

You will work with a team to monitor access, assist attendees, and respond to incidents per protocol. Strong communication and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college education preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a security license (if required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment arrangement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide customer service to attendees and answer inquiries.
